Who We Are

About Us

Jukumu Lako is a Swahili phrase meaning "Your Responsibility." The initiative was birthed in 2018 from a burden to reach children and teenagers with the love of Christ, meeting both their spiritual and physical needs.

Our foundation is inspired by Isaiah 58:11, Micah 6:8, and James 1:27 - The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones". It also says, "You shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.
